This dish consists of a breaded chicken breast topped with mozzarella, tomato sauce, and parmesan cheese. A slice of bacon or ham is sometimes added. It has been speculated that chicken parmesan recipe is based on a combination of parmigiana an Italian dish using a breaded eggplant slice instead of using chicken breast, commonly served without cheese or sauce.

Chicken Parmesan Recipe is included as the base of a number of different meals, including pies, pasta, and sandwiches. We admit that this dish has a few steps, but they are worth it. This recipe is ready in 25 minutes and good for 4 servings. This is one of the easiest ways to cook this recipe.


  • 4 boneless chicken breast
  • Pasta
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 4 splices mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. Put your pasta in a pot with water, cooking oil, and pinch of salt. Boil and cook for 8-12 minutes, strain and then set aside.
  2. Pound the chicken breast to flatten.
  3. Add some salt and pepper.
  4. Dip the pounded chicken breast in egg, and then in breadcrumbs.
  5. Add the butter in a hot skillet,
  6. Fry the chicken in low heat, turning and browning the chicken for 10 minutes
  7. Remove from skillet, put in a plate with paper towel, set aside.
  8. In the skillet, pour in the tomato sauce, heat thoroughly
  9. Add the Chicken
  10. Place  the slices of the mozzarella on the top
  11. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  12. Cook until the cheese is bubbly and melted
  13. Divide the pasta into 4 servings and put the sauce with chicken parmesan on top
  14. Serve hot and enjoy!
