Ingredients

  • 1 Pound broccoli chopped to serving size
  • 1 canned tuna
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 small Onion minced
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/4 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat the pan and pour in the olive oil
  2. Put the garlic suite until slightly brown
  3. Add the Onion
  4. Add the tuna and suite for 3-5 minutes
  5. Add the water and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Add the broccoli
  7. Add the salt and pepper and mix it until the broccoli is slightly or half cooked.
